By creating an account or using Pixloops, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Account registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction) to register.
- One person or entity may maintain only one active account unless otherwise approved.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscription, credits & access
- Free plans give limited access to AI tools and templates.
- Paid plans and credit packs unlock additional generations, premium templates, and higher-quality outputs.
- Credits and subscription benefits are non-transferable between accounts.
- Unused credits may expire as per the plan you purchase.
- We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue features, plans, or templates at any time.
4. Payments & billing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where indicated.
- Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
- You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. AI-generated content & ownership
- You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you provide.
- Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the AI-generated outputs for personal or commercial projects, depending on your subscription tier.
- AI outputs may not be unique — similar outputs may be generated for other users.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, and final use of generated content do not infringe third-party rights or violate any law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use the platform to:
- Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or violent.
- Create non-consensual sexual content, content involving minors, or deepfakes of real people without consent.
- Infringe intellectual property, trademarks, or publicity rights of any third party.
- Generate misleading content, misinformation, or impersonate others.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass platform limits, watermarks, or security.
- Resell raw access to our APIs or platform without written permission.
- Upload viruses, malicious code, or content that disrupts our services.
7. User content & license to us
By uploading or generating content on Pixloops, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, display, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. We will not publicly display your private content without your permission.
8. Intellectual property
All platform technology, software, branding, templates (where marked), interface design, and documentation are the property of ARJIK TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Templates are licensed for use within the platform and are not to be redistributed as standalone assets.
9. Third-party services
Our platform may rely on or integrate with third-party AI models, payment providers, and cloud services. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply when their services are used.
10. Service availability
Pixloops is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may experience downtime, maintenance, or service interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or specific output quality.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARJIK TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, revenue, profit, or content. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARJIK TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to paid features and stored content may be revoked.
14. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
