Eligibility for refund
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- You must have used less than 20% of the credits or generations included in the purchased plan/pack.
- Free plans, free trials, and promotional/discounted purchases are not eligible for refunds unless specifically stated.
- Once AI-generated content has been downloaded or exported in significant volume, the purchase is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
How to request a refund
- Email us at contact@pixloops.app from your registered email address.
- Include your order ID, date of purchase, and the plan or credit pack purchased.
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request.
- Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and respond by email.
Refund process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
- Actual posting times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Once a refund is processed, the corresponding credits or subscription benefits will be revoked from your account.
Subscription cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.
- Cancellation stops future billing — it does not automatically refund the current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
Non-refundable cases
- Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
- More than 20% of credits or generations have been used.
- Purchases made using promo codes, discounts, or during sales (unless specified otherwise).
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions.
- Custom or enterprise plans, unless specifically agreed in writing.
